EXPECT REDUCED SPEED TO 35 MPH, SINGLE LANE TRAFFIC.  WORK WILL THEN RESUME ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 6TH IN THE WESTBOUND DRIVING LANE AT 7:00 AM AND END AT 12:00 PM.
