We’ve had a good year in recruiting. What do I consider a good year you ask.

That the current Sammons Contractors are happy.

We have not lost people because they were unhappy with Sammons.

We have had referrals of some good people for the year that we were able to have join us.

Revenue per truck for the whole fleet is up. We have been able to hand out titles to L/P trucks this year. The fleet is 16 trucks larger. Not a big number but slowly getting back to our pre-recession fleet size.

With all of those factors we can try and be very particular about whom we choose to join our team. If you don’t know already all the Sammons Contractors are a very special group of people. We lease on less than one in 50 people that call wanting to come on.

 Going into the new year please keep the referrals coming, be safe on the road so you can get home safe and let’s make 2013 a great year together.
