School is out, and the produce season is running strong in the Southwest. Truck capacity in Southern California seems to have completely dried up. That is good news for our contractors, rates are going to continue to rise as the summer goes on and the customers are willing to meet our rates for the most part. The Southeast is still very strong with both good paying freight and plenty of loads being offered to us. If you book a load to either of these locations please call Jon for the Southwest and Barb for the Southeast here in Missoula. What we see is that freight for the most part will continue to increase both in volume and in rates across the board. Let’s all have a great summer, and be safe out there.
